Terms of Service
The terms for using the ConnectMyFile website and products, owned and operated by Apedzii Offshore Private Limited.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern the use of the ConnectMyFile website and products (CMF POS, KitchenHub and CMF Audit), which are owned and operated by Apedzii Offshore Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or the products, you agree to these terms. If you use the products on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
Where a signed order form or agreement exists between us and a customer, that document takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
2. The service
We provide business software for restaurant and hospitality operations, delivered as a subscription. Features, modules and limits depend on the plan agreed with each customer. We may improve or change features over time, and will give reasonable notice before removing something a customer relies on.
3. Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the users you add, the permissions you give them, and for keeping login details confidential.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to store or send unlawful, harmful or misleading content;
- send unsolicited or bulk promotional messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the systems behind them;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it;
- interfere with the performance or security of the service.
5. WhatsApp messaging
Where the products are used to send WhatsApp messages, the customer connects their own WhatsApp Business account and is the sender of those messages. The customer is responsible for having the recipient's consent where required, for the content of messages and templates, and for following the WhatsApp Business terms and policies set by Meta. Meta may charge for, limit or block messages under its own rules, which we do not control.
6. Customer data
Customers own the business data they enter into the products. They give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide and support the service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees and payment
Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the plan or order agreed with each customer. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after giving notice.
8. Intellectual property
The ConnectMyFile software, website, name, logos and documentation belong to Apedzii Offshore Private Limited or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription, and nothing more.
9. Third-party services
The products can connect to services run by others, such as payment, tax, accounting and messaging providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they perform.
10. Availability and warranties
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their own business, tax and accounting records.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Suspension and termination
A customer may stop using the service at any time, subject to the terms of their plan. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if fees remain unpaid, or if required by law. After termination, customers may request an export of their data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
