We build the system we wished our first customer had.
ConnectMyFile is built by Vailora Technolab, a product team that has spent its working life inside restaurant operations rather than adjacent to them.
A brand with eleven outlets and three spreadsheets.
We started by writing a point of sale for one restaurant, because the one they had stopped taking orders every time the broadband did. That fixed the till. It did not fix the Monday morning, when the owner still had to line up a POS export, a kitchen dispatch register and a folder of audit photos to work out what had actually happened over the weekend.
The second product was the central kitchen, because the outlets were buying from it on WhatsApp. The third was the audit system, because nobody could say which of the eleven sites was actually clean on a given Tuesday. Each one worked. Together they were still three systems, and the reconciliation was still manual.
So we rebuilt them onto one platform: one login, one org tree, one user directory, one permission model, one dashboard. An outlet became the same outlet in all three. That platform is ConnectMyFile, and it is the only thing about our products we would call genuinely hard to copy.
Three decisions we do not revisit.
A restaurant does not stop trading because a link is down. Billing, KOT and day-close run on a box in the outlet and treat the cloud as somewhere to report to, never something to depend on.
Every feature we add has to work against the same org tree, the same users and the same roles. If it needs its own copy of your outlets, we have built it wrong.
A failed check is a finding with a photo, an owner and a deadline, not a message in a group. What you cannot show, you cannot fix.
Small, and in the outlets.
Everyone who builds CMF has stood behind a counter during a dinner rush on it. We are hiring engineers and implementation leads.
Ahmedabad and Bengaluru, with implementation partners in Mumbai, Jaipur and Dubai. Rollouts beyond 50 sites are run with a named implementation lead on the ground.
Come and see it on your own operation.
